The听U11s team听delivered an outstanding performance at the SISNA competition,听emerging听as champions after a day of intense and听high-quality听netball.听
Six teams took part in the tournament, and the opening rounds saw the team face every opponent. From the outset, they displayed exceptional consistency and control, securing victories in听all听their matches.听
The semi-final brought a second meeting with Seaford, who significantly raised their level of play. Undeterred, the team responded with determination and composure, earning a听well-deserved听win and securing their place in the final.听
The last match of the day saw them take on Brighton College听Prep听in what proved to be a closely fought contest. Brighton started strongly and听maintained听pressure throughout, leading to a tense finish with the听two听teams鈥櫶齦evel at full time. With an听additional听two minutes on the clock, the players quickly regained momentum,听showing impressive focus as听they pulled ahead by two goals to claim the championship title.听
After a full day of competition, the team鈥檚 hard work and resilience shone through. Their victory marks them as the SISNA 2026 winners, a triumph they can be immensely proud of.听
